Use the search tools on the home page or the Properties page to filter by location, property type, and budget. You can also browse the All Properties, For Sale, and For Rent sections to quickly find listings that match your needs.
Open the property details page and click Request Details. You will submit your name, email, and phone number, then the MAK Properties team or the assigned property manager can follow up with next steps, viewing guidance, and any additional information available for that listing.
Yes. Submitted listings first go through the portal review process. The team checks the information provided, reviews uploaded photos and documents where applicable, and then activates the property when it is ready to be presented to visitors.
Click Add Property or Register, complete the account form, and accept the seller terms. After registration, you will receive an email with verification instructions. Once your profile is completed and approved, you can start submitting properties.
Your property is saved under your dashboard and marked for review. You can upload images and supporting documents, update details where needed, and track whether the property is pending, active, inactive, or sold. Approved active properties become visible to visitors.
Depending on the property type, the portal may allow uploads such as land title, valuation, development plan, deep print request, LONO, NEMA clearance, authorization letter, and related support documents. These help the team review the property more responsibly.
Yes. Approved owners can use the Promotions Manager to request promoted placement for eligible properties. Promotions are reviewed and managed from the dashboard so the team can keep featured listings relevant and current.
On the login page, click Forgot Password and enter the email address on your account. If the email exists, MAK Properties sends a secure reset link to that email. The link expires after 5 minutes, and you will be asked to enter and confirm your new password before the change is saved.
