• Listing Fees: We may charge fees for listing properties on the Platform. These fees will be communicated to you prior to listing.
• Property Information: You represent and warrant that all information provided in your property listing is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

• Buyer Communication: We facilitate communication between you and potential buyer. The buyer will have to make an offer first.

5. Transaction Management
• Streamlined Transactions: Our Platform offers tools to help manage the transaction process, including document management, site visits and scheduling.
• Escrow Services: We will offer escrow services to ensure secure and efficient transactions.

6. Intellectual Property
• Ownership: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
